Tasked with developing a lightweight app to enhance employee engagement during AstraZeneca's headquarters relocation to Cambridge, our main objective was to support employees through the transition.
The app features profiles, task tracking, event info, facility exploration, and news updates, all designed to streamline the relocation experience. The design process was equally important, utilizing AstraZeneca and MedImmune's brand guidelines to produce the initial designs, incorporating After Effects transitions and InVision integrations.
The positive reception of the prototype led AstraZeneca to request us to fully develop and launch the app, ensuring it became a functional and essential tool for employees during the move.
